Terms of Service

Last updated August 21, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Visceral: the website at visceralai.dev, the dashboard, the APIs, the SDK, and the related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to it.

The Service

Visceral observes the LLM traffic of the agents you connect, measures where work is wasted, and surfaces or applies optimizations only after validating them against your own traffic. The Service is designed to change how efficiently your agent runs, not what it does. Any figures we publish about expected savings are estimates, not guarantees.

Your account

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and workspace API keys, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly through the contact form if you suspect unauthorized use.

Your content

“Customer Content” means the prompts, responses, tool results, and telemetry that your agents send through the Service. As between you and us, you own your Customer Content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and analyze it solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service for your workspaces. We do not train machine learning models on your Customer Content, we do not use one customer’s content to serve another, and we do not sell it.

You are responsible for having the rights needed to send your Customer Content through the Service, and for any notices or consents your own users require.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for anything unlawful, or send content you have no right to send;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service, or probe or circumvent its security or its plan limits;
  • resell or offer the Service to third parties without our written agreement;
  • reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it despite this term.

Plans and limits

The Service currently offers a free plan with usage caps and a 30-day data retention window, described in the Privacy Policy. We may change plan features, caps, or pricing as the product evolves; where practical we will give notice of material changes before they take effect.

Availability and changes

Visceral is an early product. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our total liability arising out of these Terms is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account through the contact form. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we will give reasonable notice. Using the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
